As seen by Suara.com from his personal Instagram post, Angga Dwimas Sasongko joined the AMIN fans in the stands. Angga posed facing the main stage, holding up one finger, which is the symbol of the two vice-presidential candidates during the campaign.
As Angga Dwimas Sasongko said in the description of his post, it was the first time he had participated in a major campaign again after 10 years.
“In 2014, I was at GBK to witness the movement of Pak Jokowi and Pak JK. “After 10 years in JIS, I witnessed the struggle of Mas Anies and Chak Imin,” said Angga Dwimas Sasongko.
Angga Dwimas Sasongko admitted that he was absent from voting in two contests Election because he was disappointed by the political situation at the time.
“Politics can be disappointing, as seen in recent years. “In 2017, during the DKI governorship election and the 2019 presidential election, I decided to abstain because I was disappointed,” explained Angga Dwimas Sasongko.
Angga Dwimas Sasongko then explained his reasons for supporting Anies-Imin in the 2024 presidential election. As in 2014, Angga cast his vote for one of the vice-presidential candidates because he promised change in the country.
“My position is the same in both cases. “I am not here because of a person, but because of an idea, CHANGE,” said Angga Dwimas Sasongko.
The promise of change for the country also prompted Angga Dwimas Sasongko to vote again in the 2024 presidential election. He believes there is hope for a cleaner political atmosphere in the coming years.
“In 2024, it is important to make efforts again and develop new hopes because we need change while preserving our democracy,” explained Angga Dwimas Sasongko.
Angga Dwimas Sasongko also has high hopes for Anies-Imin to win the 2024 presidential election. He also said that he will take part in the security of two candidates for the position of head of state in order to fulfill his promises after taking office.
“There is still a long way to go. “When we win, we have to rally the ranks to make sure that this idea of change can be realized by remaining critical, fierce and committed to the AMIN we have brought to the top,” said Angga Dwimas Sasongko.
